INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPEARING & SUBMISSION OF ANSWER BOOK IN DECEMBER 2020 EXAM  

In order to safeguard the larger interest of students, following guidelines are required to be  followed for the conduct of examination, Jul- Dec 2020 session:  

1. The Examination for Academic Session Jul- Dec 2020 will be conducted online.  2. As per the nature of the courses (Theoretical/Mathematical or Computational/Design  or Drawing), end semester examination will be based on MCQ based/Open book /  Assignment plus Oral (50 marks + 20 marks) type of question papers.  

3. The total duration of exam will be 2 hrs.

GUIDELINES FOR MCQ BASED EXAM

Step- I: Login your MOODLE account to appear in Exam. 

Step II: Click on Link to Appear in End Sem Exam 2020 MCQ Based Quiz and select link corresponding to your subject code.

Step- III: Attempt the questions and click next for the another page and upon completion click  submit button  

GUIDELINES FOR ASSIGNMENT + ORAL BASED EXAM

Step- I: Login your MOODLE Account to appear in the Exam on the scheduled date  

Step- II: For downloading the question paper, click on Question Papers and search by your paper code/ name. 

Step- III: Attempt the questions given as assignment and upload the A/B as you uploaded for Open Book exam . The file must be named as enrollment-subject code only. 

e.g. : 0901cs161001-BCSL201.pdf. The file size should not exceed 100 MB. 

Step- IV: The date and time for the oral exam will be notified by the concern department on  the website of the institute.  

Please note that it is mandatory to appear in the Oral exam as it is the essential part of the examination of the respective subject. Absenteeism in the oral exam will be reflected in the  marks score.
