Dear Students,
We are setting up an Online Process for issuing NOCs (NO Objection Certificate) or Reference Letter for students to submit in different Organizations for Internship/Training which is effective by now only.
This is an informative email to make you aware about the same.
3 Steps of Process for issuing NOC/Letter from Institute for Internship in any Organization:-
1. Students will apply via on-line google form link available on Moodle. (Go on Training & Placement Cell Tab on Moodle as shown in Screenshot below)
The same filled data will be generated as it is on NOCs. (Please check; Company Name, Industry Person Name & Designation and Spellings of the same carefully, if you will do any mistake NOC will not be generated)
2. Departmental coordinators will approve the NOC after checking all details.
3. Later, T&P Cell will approve the same. And, an auto-generated NOC will be sent to their email id automatically.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do Read each and every instruction given in the Online Form and below each field, how to fill the same. A minor mistake of Comma (,) as well will not be considered.

***You will receive NOC in Email through T&P Cell. It will be an automatically generated letter/NOC with date and reference number after approval of your Faculty Coordinator/Internship Coordinator of your Department and then from T&P Cell. For further proofs you can directly take the print of email with all details and live link of NOC at our drive if any further proof is required by any organization.
